This project is a multi-family, mixed-use neighborhood center which aims to build on the existing street life in the Proctor neighborhood in Tacoma, WA. The residential component of the center attracts empty-nesters through maximizes access to daylight, green space, and cross ventillation in the units. Through different types, studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and live/work centers, the neighborhood center encourages a diverse set of lifestyles.
My contribution | massing studies, generation of market street perspective, building sections, and green space diagram, and collaboration on the physical model
